| Scott A. CoBen
Scott A. CoBen graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelors Degree in Economics in 1987. Mr. CoBen then attended law school at Pepperdine University in Malibu where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1991. Mr. CoBen has been admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the Federal Courts for the Eastern District of California, the Northern District of California and the Central District of California. Mr. CoBen has lectured many times on the subjects of bankruptcy law, personal injury law, real estate law and litigation. Mr. CoBen was a regular guest on the Real Estate Show on Talk 650 AM for a number of years. Mr. CoBen is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association.
Talvinder S. Bambhra
Talvinder S. Bambhra graduated from University of California Davis with a Bachelors in Sociology with an emphasis on Law and Society in 1999. Mr. Bambhra then attended law school at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton California where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2002. Mr. Bambhra has been admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court and the Federal Courts for the Eastern District of California. Mr. Bambhra has been a member of the American Bar Association, and has worked in the fields of Real Estate Transactions, Business Transactions, Personal Injury and Bankruptcy law since being admitted to the State Bar of California.
